Joseph Cellars is a family owned and operated winery committed to producing small lots of exceptional hand-crafted wines. We offer a variety of tasting experiences, ranging from our casual Palisades Experience to our elevated Cave Experience or Cab Lovers Experience. We are also available to host special events.

Join us for a New Guest Experience, where you’ll taste four of our limited production wines, learn about the history of Joseph Cellars, and take a tour through our extensive caves. New Guest Experiences are available Sundays-Fridays between 10Am & 1PM, if you don’t see the date/time you are looking for, give us a call to check availability. Reservations required.
Friend of the Winery

Joseph Cellars referrals will taste five of our limited production wines, learn about the history of Joseph Cellars, and take a tour through our extensive caves. Referral tastings are available every day between 10 AM & 3 PM. Reservations required. Please include the name of who referred you in your tasting request.

Palisades Experience
$75/person
Taste four of our limited-production wines on our beautiful patio, situated between the winery and our caves. Includes a walk through our wine cave. Allow 75 minutes.
Cave Experience
$125/person
Enjoy a private tasting of five wines, each paired with cheese and charcuterie carefully selected to enhance different qualities in the wines. Allow 90 minutes.
Cab Lovers Experience
$1500 up to 8 guests
Learn how weather & age affects each vintage while enjoying a vertical of three Estate Cabernet Sauvignon from our library collection and then compare to our current vintage of Estate Cabernet. We then try two barrels of cabernet to understand how each barrel affects the final blend of Estate Cabernet. A curated cheese and charcuterie board will accompany the tasting. Allow 120 minutes.
