Return & Cancellation Policy

We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to mail@josephcellars.com to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.

Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account or issue a check for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please contact the tasting room at 707.942.9999 for return instructions. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled orders.

Reserved Tastings

In the event that you must cancel your tasting reservation, we are a small winery and all cancellations greatly affect us when we cannot rebook your space. Cancellations made more than one week in advance are 100% refundable. Cancellations made less than one week in advance are not refundable.

Running Late

Tasting Bar, Patio & Club Room

We are a little more relaxed about you running late because it is open seating and standing, but please call if your running more than 15 mins late 707.942.9999.

Cave Tour & Tasting

Please notify us if you are running late 707.942.9999 for your reservation or you need to reschedule. Even though we will do our very best, we may not be able to accommodate groups who are more than 15 minutes late for their reservation. Thank you for understanding that Cave Tours & Tastings are timely and scheduled. We may need to change your tasting to a Palisades or Patio experience should this occur.
