2. What we send

Service messages: updates on orders you place and their delivery, confirmations and reminders for visits you book, notices about your wine club membership, and our replies when you write to us. We never share your mobile number with anyone for their marketing.

3. How you sign up

Only if you choose to. On josephcellars.com, beside your phone number, tick the box:

• at checkout, “Text me about this order and its delivery”
• when you request a visit, “Text me about my visit”
• when you join the club, “Text me about my wine club membership”

Beside each box we show these terms:

Joseph Cellars Winery will text the number above with service messages. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. You must be 21 or older. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

In the tasting room, you can ask us to text you. You must be 21 or older to receive texts from us. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything.

5. How to stop, or get help

Reply STOP to any of our texts and we will confirm it and send nothing more. Reply START to rejoin. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (707) 942-9999 or email mail@josephcellars.com.
