Tasting Notes
Our Pinot Noir is sourced from a 2 acre vineyard of 2,200 carefully manicured vines in the Russian River Valley. Our 2018 Pinot Noir is medium bodied with notes of plum, bing cherry, and vanilla on the nose. The palate offers a rich mouthfeel with notes of black cherry, vanilla with a hint of pink peppercorn on the finish.
Winemaker’s Notes
Varietal: 100% Pinot Noir AVA: Russian River Valley Fermentation & Aging: Open top stainless steel fermenters. Aged in Burgundy barrels for 16 months. ABV: 14.8% Bottled: April, 2020 Cases Produced: 250
